Airbells are a motor coordination routine based on the kettlebell program.  It  is a series of action sequences done without the compressive force of weight.  The beginning program has 10 levels. It is a series of movements that teach your brain to coordinate complex movements more efficiently and create long lean muscles. The sequence of movements are designed to prevent injury,  increase mobility,  and optimize the operation of the skeletal muscular pump. 

Airbells aid in: 
•Activating oxygen
•Metabolizing waste
•Decreasing CO2 levels
•Increasing blood supply to the brain
•Improving venous return which can prevent blood clots 

Emphasize quality over quantity. You must make sure your clients move through full range of motion. Concentrate on constantly improving the quality and efficiency of motion.
